Welcome to imagePro365 Pro Print, Inc. By accessing or using this website, requesting a quote, submitting an order, approving a proof, or placing any order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Artwork and File Submission

All artwork, images, logos, text, and other files submitted by the customer must be supplied in print-ready format unless the customer has purchased design services from imagePro365 Pro Print, Inc. Print-ready files should be correctly sized, properly formatted, and supplied at sufficient resolution for the intended output.

If artwork is not supplied in print-ready format, the customer understands that additional design, cleanup, correction, or file-preparation fees may apply. imagePro365 Pro Print, Inc. is not responsible for errors, defects, or poor print results caused by low-resolution files, missing fonts, incorrect bleeds, incorrect color modes, incorrect sizing, or other problems in customer-supplied artwork.

Proof Approval

All proofs must be carefully reviewed by the customer before approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all spelling, grammar, layout, colors, dates, phone numbers, addresses, and other content before approving a proof.

Proofs approved with errors will not be reprinted, replaced, or refunded at no charge. Any reprint, correction, or replacement due to errors approved by the customer will require full repayment for the corrected order.

Once a proof has been approved, the order will be released into production exactly as approved, and no further changes may be made without additional charges and possible production delays.

Color, Material, and Finish Variations

Customer understands that printed materials may vary slightly from screen displays, digital proofs, and previous orders due to differences in monitors, printers, inks, substrates, coatings, and finishing processes. Minor color, trim, and finish variations are considered normal and are not grounds for rejection or free reprint.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If an order is received damaged, the customer must notify imagePro365 Pro Print, Inc. by email as soon as possible and include clear images of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label if applicable. After review of the claim, we will issue an RMA number and provide further instructions for resolution.

Claims for damaged or defective orders may require the customer to retain the original packaging and damaged product until the claim is reviewed. Failure to provide requested documentation or images may delay or prevent resolution of the claim.

Returns and Reprints

Because many of our products are custom-made and produced to order, all sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. Reprints or replacements are only issued when authorized by imagePro365 Pro Print, Inc. after review of the order and supporting documentation.

Order Responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all submitted content complies with applicable laws and that they have the right to use any text, images, logos, trademarks, or other materials supplied for production. By submitting artwork, the customer represents that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use the materials provided.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, imagePro365 Pro Print, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of this website, the submission of artwork, the approval of proofs, or the production of custom printed materials.

Changes to Terms

imagePro365 Pro Print, Inc. may update or revise these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
